Suggested Uses

• Take internally to ease feelings of queasiness.
• Keep on hand when enjoying heavy meals.
• Use internally before a long flight or road trip for a calming effect
• dilute 1-2 drops in one tbsp of fractionaed coconut oil and rub topically onto the tummy area to reduce feelings of bloating.
• Dilute 1-2 drops with a carrier oil and massage topically to aid with tummy irregularities such as constipation and diarrhoea.
• Add 1-2 drops into a veggie capsule and swallow for occasional tummy upsets.
• Add 1 drop into rice or almond milk and drink to aid with heartburn.
• Rub onto the tummy prior to flying or a road trip to avoid travel sickness.
• Inhale from the bottle or the palm of your hands to reduce nausea in stressful situations.
