DIY with On Guard

Get creative with doTERRA On Guard essential oil by making DIY Potpourri. This do-it-yourself project is a simple way to create a fresh, warming aroma in your home. Simply collect your favourite spices and herbs in a dish of your choosing and then add a few drops of doTERRA On Guard for an uplifting aroma. This is especially great in the winter!

Suggested Uses

• Soak sliced apples in a bowl of water with one drop On Guard for a healthy snack
• Add one drop On Guard to water or tea
• Add 1 drop to hot water an dhoney to soothe a sore throat
• Add 1-2 drops to a veggie capsule to use as an immune booster
• Diffuse 4 drops for an energising aroma and to defend against seasonal threats.
• Add 15 drops to a 100ml spray bottle to create an all purpose cleaning spray.
• Diffuse 4 drops to cleanse the air and neutralise pollution.
• Apply 1-2 drops to the temples, back of neck and forehead to help relieve sugar headaches.
• Add 1 drop to a glass of hot water and drink slowly to ease a dry or sore throat.
