• Massage 5 drops with a small amount of carrier oil on skin to promote feelings of relaxation and to balance mood.
• Add 5 drops mixed with a small amount of carrier oil to your bath water
• Add 1-2 drops to your facial moisturiser to improve the appearance of skin imperfections.
• Diffuse 4 drops at times when you feel the need to bring about a sense of calm or whilst meditating.
• Rub onto the temples or back of neck to ease discomfort in the head or neck area.
• Apply to pulse points to balance and uplift your mood.
• Diffuse 4 drops to encourage memory function and to refocus your mind.
