Eucalyptus

Sometimes referred to as Gum Trees, Eucalyptus trees are evergreens that grow up to 15 metres in height. The main chemical components of Eucalyptus are eucalyptol and alpha-terpineol, which make this oil ideal for a soothing massage experience. Eucalyptus promotes feelings of relaxation when applied to the skin.

Suggested Uses

• Add one drop of Eucalyptus to a moisturiser of your choice and apply to skin in circular motions.
• Use alongside Lavender, Douglas Fir and Cypress oils for soothing, relaxing properties.
• It can be applied neat or dilute 1 drop into a small amount of carrier oil and rub directly onto throat and chest to aid keep airways clear
• Diffuse 4 drops into the air to assist with Sinus issues
• Dilute with a small amount of carrier oil and rub onto throat and chest area to ease coughing
• Diffuse 2 drops with 2 drops of rosemary when you feel a cold coming on
• Drop 2 drops onto the shower floor to assist with clear breathing
• Rub onto the soles of the feet at bedtime to aid a restful night when feeling under the weather
• Diffuse 4 drops into the air when you are feeling hot and flustered.
• Breath in directly from the bottle or the palm of your hand to help you recover after a long drive or a long flight. 

Directions for Use

Topical: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil. For topical use only.
