Suggested Uses

• Add Cardamom to bread, smoothies, meats, and salads to enhance food flavour.
• Use Cardamom oil in place of cardamom seeds to enhance the flavour of many savoury recipes.
• Diffuse 4 drops to aid with clearing airways when blocked
• Dilute with a carrier oil and rub onto the neck area when feeling like you have a build up of mucus.
• Place 1 drop in a glass of warm water and garble to assist with a sore throat
• Add 2 drops to a glass of hot water to create a steamer to clear sinus'
• Apply 1-2 drops to the temples to help ease headaches and tension
• Diffuse 2 drops with 2 drops of eucalyptus oil to assist with coughs and seasonal threats.
• Apply to the underside of feet to assist with respiritory issues
