Suggested Uses

• Use AromaTouch to create a luxurious spa environment in the comfort of your own home
• Combine with Epsom salt and add to a hot bath for relaxation after a long work day
• Apply AromaTouch to neck and shoulders to promote relaxation
• Use in conjunction with the AromaTouch Technique or the AromaTouch Hand Technique
• For massage: mix 5 drops with 10ml of carrier oil.
• For bath: mix 5 drops with 5ml of carrier oil
• Apply topically to neck and shoulders for a relaxing massage and to relieve tension
• Apply topically to the heart area when you have an emotional upset
• Mix 1-2 drops with a carrier oil or an unscented hand and body lotion and apply to aching muscles or areas of tension
• Diffuse 2 drops with 2 drops of lavender to create a stress reducing aroma
• Dilute 2 drops with a carrier oil and massage onto childrens growing legs.
• Apply to wrists, neck and shoulders after a long day typing at the computer screen.
• Rub onto the soles of the feet after a long day at work standing or when you have been on your feet a lot.
• Massage gently over the abdomen during your menstrual cycle.
• Diffuse 4 drops in the evening to relax after a busy day.
