• Add 15 drops to a 100ml spray bottle of water to make a wonderful and invigorating room spray.
• Use during the new moon to set your intentions and help manifest your dreams
• Diffuse 4 drops when you want to feel empowered
• Inhale from the bottle or the palms of your hands prior, during or after a yoga session
• Apply over your heart chakra when you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed

Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil. For topical use only.
