Suggested Uses

• Soak in a relaxing Epsom Salt bath by adding three to four drops of diluted Adaptiv to bathwater
• Mix three drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil for a soothing massage
• Blend 4 drops with a carrier oil for a relaxing massage
• Blend 3 drops with some epsom salts and add to your bathwater
• Apply to the feet at bedtime to aid a restful sleep
• Inhale from the bottle during moments of stress or anxiety when you feel you need calm
• Rub onto the back of neck and down the spine when you find yourself in difficult situations

Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1–10 drops carrier oil.

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if pregnant or in treatment. Avoid eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying.
